Ecocardiograf√≠a fetal en el Plan Auge

Abstract The implementation of the Plan of Universal Access and guarantees you specify (Plan AUGE) of the Ministry of Health Chile, has generated a deep change in the task of the medicine in our country. One of the high-priority subjects in this new system is the precocious diagnosis of the Congenital Cardiopathies abording with surgery. This work presents the semestral experience, january-june of the 2005, that has allowed to improve the precocious diagnosis of the fetal pathology cardiac and in it an improvement in the quality of attention and reference to tertiary centers. Resumen La implementaci√≥n del Plan de Acceso Universal y de garant√≠as explicitas (Plan AUGE) del Ministerio de Salud de Chile, ha generado un cambio profundo en el quehacer de la medicina en nuestro pa√≠s. Uno de los temas prioritarios en este nuevo sistema, es el diagn√≥stico precoz de las cardiopat√≠as cong√©nitas operables. En este trabajo se presenta la experiencia del semestre enero-junio del 2005, que ha permitido mejorar el diagn√≥stico precoz de la patolog√≠a cardiaca fetal y en ello una mejora en la calidad de atenci√≥n y de referencia a centros terciarios. La implementaci√≥n del Plan de Acceso Universal y de garant√≠as explicitas (Plan AUGE) del Ministerio de Salud de Chile, ha generado un cambio profundo en el quehacer de la medicina en nuestro pa√≠s.
